What ParaBox changes for you

Easier renovation work, without worrying about your belongings.

Furniture kept safe

Your furniture stays clean and dry, away from the work, on a secure site.

Faster, smoother work

Tradespeople work faster in empty rooms, and you avoid damage.

Work that runs late

The subscription is monthly, so it follows how long your work really takes and keeps you flexible.

Emptied room with boxes, ready for the work

Stress-free renovation, from start to finish

During renovation, your furniture is often the first to suffer: dust, paint splashes, knocks as materials are carried through. Putting it somewhere safe means you get it back intact.

Empty one room or your whole home, depending on how the work progresses. With the lift, the access ramp and parking while you load, moving things into your box is quick.

And if the work runs late, there's nothing to do: your subscription renews every month, and you stop it with 14 days' notice once everything is back home.

Our tips for your renovation

Four tips to get ready for the work.

Empty the rooms one by one, in the order the work will be done.
Protect furniture with covers or blankets before moving it.
Keep everyday items at home and store the rest.
Don't store paint or chemicals: they are not allowed in the boxes.

I used ParaBox from May 2026 to September 2026. I rented a 2 m² (XS) storage unit for 9 large boxes, 6 small boxes, 2 suitcases, and a mattress.
The storage unit was actually a bit larger than I needed, but the price was very reasonable, so I didn't mind at all.
The service is very well organized. I had never used a storage facility where a mobile app serves as the access key before, and it worked smoothly about 95% of the time throughout my contract. ParaBox also sent me reminders one week before each monthly contract renewal, with the option to update my banking details, which I found very convenient. The staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and always willing to answer any questions I had in detail. The 24/7 access and the proximity to Cornavin train station were crucial for me and helped me manage tight deadlines related to my dormitory contract and my flight.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend ParaBox.
