Can several people access the box?
Yes. You share access with your employees, couriers or subcontractors directly in the mobile app. You remain responsible for the people you authorise.
What is the minimum rental period?
One month. The subscription then renews automatically every month, and you can stop it with 14 days' notice before the end of the period. Some promotional offers require a longer commitment, shown when you book.
How am I invoiced?
You receive an invoice by email every month. A deposit equal to one month's subscription is taken when you book and refunded when you leave, once the box has been emptied and checked.
Is my equipment insured?
Insurance is compulsory and starts from CHF 2.50 a month for a value of CHF 2,500. Higher cover is available depending on the value of your stock or equipment. Cash, jewellery, precious metals and IT equipment are not covered.
Can I come by van?
Yes. The car park entrance is at Rue des Quatre-Saisons 1 (maximum height 1.95 m), with parking while you load. If your vehicle is taller, let us know and we'll tell you where to park near the lift.
What can't I store?
Hazardous, flammable, explosive or toxic products, perishable food, plants and animals, paint, aerosols and tyres, as well as anything prohibited by law. The maximum load is 350 kg per m².
