What is the minimum rental period?
One month. Your subscription then renews automatically every month, and you can stop it at any time with 14 days' notice before the end of the period. Some promotional offers require a longer commitment, shown when you book.
Is insurance compulsory?
Yes, your belongings must be insured. Our insurance starts from CHF 2.50 a month for a value of CHF 2,500, and higher cover is available depending on the value of your belongings.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a deposit equal to one month's subscription is taken when you book. It is refunded in full when you leave, once the box has been emptied and checked.
What do I need to book?
An official ID document (ID card, passport or residence permit). Verification is done online, then you receive your access in the mobile app.
Can I come by car or van?
Yes. The car park entrance is at Rue des Quatre-Saisons 1 (maximum height 1.95 m). If your vehicle is taller, contact us and we'll tell you where to park near the lift.
What can't I store?
Hazardous, flammable, explosive or toxic products, perishable food, plants and animals, paint, aerosols and tyres, as well as anything prohibited by law. The maximum load is 350 kg per m².
