Your belongings are there whenever you need them. Here's how to get to ParaBox and open your box with your phone.
How to get to ParaBox
Right in the centre of Geneva, with two entrances depending on how you arrive.
Rue des Quatre-Saisons, 1201 Geneva
Car park entrance. Maximum vehicle height 1.95 m. Parking is allowed while you load and unload.
Rue du Cercle 2, 1201 Geneva
Lift entrance, 60 seconds from Cornavin station. Ideal if you're coming by train, tram or bus.
Your box opens with your phone
No key to collect and no code to remember: your phone does it all.
Book your box
Choose your size and book online. Sign your contract and verify your identity.
Download the app
Activate the app on the first day of your contract. It's free on iPhone and Android.
Enter the site
Open the entrance doors from the app, then head to your box on level -4 or -5.
Open your box
Unlock the smart padlock, again straight from the app.
Your belongings are in safe hands
Several layers of protection, from the car park to the door of your box.
CCTV
The site is under video surveillance, with cameras covering it around the clock.
Alarms
The site is alarmed. Any entry that doesn't follow the normal procedure is detected.
Smart padlock
Every box is locked with an electronic padlock fitted with an alarm.
Personal, logged access
Only authorised people can enter the site, and every visit is recorded.
Insurance for your belongings
Insurance is mandatory and starts from CHF 2.50 per month for CHF 2,500 of cover. Higher cover is available.

A few simple rules to keep the site safe and pleasant for everyone.
- Share your access with a friend, family member or your movers, directly in the mobile app.
