On moving day, you unload straight from the car park, with the lift and access ramp taking you down to the storage levels. Need a van and some extra hands? Our partner GMS Services can take care of transport.

And if your move-in is delayed, there's nothing to do: your subscription renews every month, and you stop it with 14 days' notice once you've settled in.

Our tips for your move

Four tips to pack your box well.

Dismantle large furniture (beds, tables, shelves) to save space.
Put heavy furniture at the back and the boxes you'll need first at the front.
Label each box with the room it's going to, to make unpacking easier.
Leave a small aisle so you can reach the back of the box without moving everything.

The storage unit was actually a bit larger than I needed, but the price was very reasonable, so I didn't mind at all.
The service is very well organized. I had never used a storage facility where a mobile app serves as the access key before, and it worked smoothly about 95% of the time throughout my contract. ParaBox also sent me reminders one week before each monthly contract renewal, with the option to update my banking details, which I found very convenient. The staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and always willing to answer any questions I had in detail. The 24/7 access and the proximity to Cornavin train station were crucial for me and helped me manage tight deadlines related to my dormitory contract and my flight.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend ParaBox.

Yes. Your subscription renews automatically every month, with nothing to do on your side. You stop it with 14 days' notice before the end of the period.

Can you help with transport?

Yes, our moving partner GMS Services (gms-services.ch) can transport your belongings to your box, then handle your move into your new home.

Will my van fit through the car park entrance?

The car park entrance at Rue des Quatre-Saisons 1 takes vehicles up to 1.95 m high. If your vehicle is taller, let us know and we'll tell you where to park near the lift.
